shinymcshine Posted August 15, 2022 Share Posted August 15, 2022 It's taken a couple of months, and 82 hrs game time, but I've finally finished Pillars of Eternity 2 Deadfire (PS4). I enjoyed it much more than the first game, turn based (rather than real time pause) combat increased my enjoyment - and the freeform exploration and narrative choice were great. Extremely short game. It's also super fucking squirly. One tap of the stick and you go flying in the other direction. Once I remembered to use the brake, though it all came back and I was hopping up and down off these waves. How is this game so pure. It's so good.
