I think you can keep donating past the original target. The fact that we've already hit that goal is genuinely amazing and makes me think I should put some work into trying to make the site a little bit better.

How much is that Invision upgrade? Is it a once off payment and what features does it have besides site vulnerability updates?

Good question, it's $40 dollars for a 6 month license. They don't actually really want to support text forums anymore it seems and want to move us over to a community license, but that's £200 a year and features way more than we would ever touch, we can just stay on our current plan for the time being though. For us the main benefit from being licenced is the security patches. Here's the release list if you're interested:

This is outside the scope of this thread, but I am reading into how to move us to an open source BB platform instead, so that cancels the need for Invision
