Only collector’s editions I get now is Nintendo ones or the odd steel book if it’s only £5 more than the standard and I know I like the game

What's extra mad about this stuff is playing 48 hours early or whatever just means you'll be playing a worse version than the people who paid less, because they'll have the day 1 patch

This is a great trailer, looks like someone finally had a word with whoever was in charge of making the trailers for this game.

I still think this game loses a ton by not having those really cinematic fixed camera angles anymore (SH2 had some free camera as well, but not always), which is weird to me cause I thought after The Medium that that was why Bloober was picked. Still looks good at what it's doing tho

I’m really surprised. I never followed the story that closely, but I thought Bloober were supposed to be some kind of scam developer?

I got the early access one on cd keys, but they're saying 'code available on October 6'. I hope that is in fact the case 😰

Silent Hill 2 isn't scary. It's more of a mood-soaked kinda David Lynch thing with creepy subtext rather than scares. 

 

SH1 and 3 are the more scary ones. Tho, I mean, I wouldn't say they're that scary either. But if SH2 is a 3/10 for scares then they are a 6

 

Then PT is like a 10 on that relative scale
