I figured I can cancel if I change my mind about any of them, or see them cheaper elsewhere. Of the definites though: Fist of the North Star (hopefully I can get a review copy of this) Castlevania Lords of Shadow Fifa 11 (again, hopefully for review) Okamiden if that's out here this year and the Shin Megami Tensei DS game I kind of want to throw myself into Football Manager this year, I've barely played it since 08 I'll also probably get Fallout New Vegas, but I've not finished Fallout 3 yet I might get Metroid Other M, but ive not played the last 3 wii games ive bought I think I might also get Pro Evo Wii this year, it was amazing last year apparently and it offers something different from Fifa again Of the 2 motion things, I'd go for Move, but unless I'm flush or i can get it cheap I'm not sure I'll get it at launch of the stuff mentioned there I got everything bar Fifa 11, although Fallout was borrowed and Metroid was a gift. Aside from 'cheap' PC games, of which there's been a few, I've not bought too much else (apart from the 3DS I guess). I've got L.A. Noire on its way to me, shockingly I'd quite like Dragon Quest 6 and Izuma 11 at some point, and as I'm moving soon I'm thinking Dungeon Siege III for that. My brother really wants Duke Nukem, so I might have to get that, although on what platform I've no idea as he's only got a laptop. I think that's kind of it. The next copy up seemed just daft to pay that much for a game but with my game card rewards managed to get this for £51 not too bad, next to book the thursday off work. Battlefield is actually preordered at the moment, so I've got until mid August to get through a bit more of my backlog. I'm kinda looking forward to buying a game on release date. Other than that, I think I'm going to get Forza 4, Gears 3 and maybe Battlefield 3 on release. Assuming Skyrim is going to get the now usual Bethesda DLC treatment, I'll wait on a GOTY type edition. Gears of War 3 - Sep 20 ICO/SotC Collection - Sep 30 Rage - Oct 7 Forza Motorsport 4 - Oct 14 Batman: Arkham City - Oct 21 Battlefield 3: Limited Edition - Oct 28 Uncharted 3 - Nov 1 Modern Warfare 3 - Nov 8 Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary - Nov 15 Super Mario 3D Land - Nov Mario Kart 7 - Dec Look at those dates, it's pretty much a game a week from Sep 20th onwards. It happens every year. There's no way I am getting them all on launch, so I'm picking a few out that I really want day one, and the rest can wait for a price drop. I wouldn't be able to play them all anyway, so there's no point in getting everything even if I could afford it (I can't). So, from the above I have already pre-ordered the following at ShopTo: Forza Motorsport 4 Batman: Arkham City Battlefield 3: Limited Edition These can wait (well, I say that now): Gears of War 3 ICO/SotC Collection Rage Uncharted 3 Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary Which leaves these day-one purchases, that are yet to be ordered: Modern Warfare 3 Super Mario 3D Land Mario Kart 7 What to do. I may get Gears 3 and play through the campaign, then trade back in for the ICO/SotC collection or Rage possibly, as there's nothing else then until Forza 4.
