All those folk saying this was shit might have been exaggerating just a bit. Parts of it were excellent and the opening level especially was rather epic with Griffins flying all over the place and Time Square getting fucked up by monsters. It's certainly a budget title, weapons are generic and there aren't that many monster types, a lot of the game takes place in tunnels and stuff as well but it's still a very enjoyable game. I picked it up from Zavvi for £7 and I was very happy with it. Ch-ch-ch-ch-check it out.

Thank fuck that's done. I enjoyed it to a point but it became a grind to finish it, due to having to unlock the extra stuff like more continues and more ammo to make it completable.

I got 100% completion on Bully : Scholarship Edition (360) at the weekend.

What a great game it is. Being smaller and more focused made it a much more enjoyable experience in my eyes in comparison to the GTA games. They've managed to take advantage of having a smaller world and shorter story to pack the game full of fun things to do and interesting things to see. It was fun from start to finish.

I was able to complete this and, in around 35 or so hours, see and do everything. I've surpassed that time in GTA IV, yet I don't feel like I'm anywhere near the end, there's no way I could think about 100% something like that, despite IV being the most enjoyable GTA so far for me, and probably the only one I'm likely to get near to finishing (just not quite yet).

Seeing what Rockstar can do with a shorter and more focused game has inspired me to give The Lost and The Damned a shot sometime.
