HandsomeDead
Well the Gold prices are applied to my pre-order list so it should show up. Here's what I've got while I'm looking at it: Witcher 3 - £47.35 Splatoon with Amiibo - £33.11 (I think they fucked that up as it should be more than that but hey ho. I hope the honour it) Arkham Knight - £41.65 Yoshi's Woolly World with Amiibo - £42.61 But I've just checked my mobile app and the prices are different on there for the Wii U games. Splatoon is £37.86 and Woolly World is £47.36(!)
retroed
Amazon are doing two for £80 on a lot of pre-orders. Tesco are doing the same and there was a £10 off code floating around if still valid. Never pay 50+ quid for a game. I've seen Splatoon for £24. retroed
Not Amazon's fault though, is it? That could just as easily happen with ShopTo. Simply Games and The Game Collection are still the best, mind.
DANGERMAN
I'm pretty much exclusively ordering from Amazon nowadays (this isn't aimed at you Nag). The app let's me know when stuffs on its way and been delivered, and their driver delivers on a Sunday round our way too
Sly Reflex
Amazon customer service is mental as well. I have packages coming from them on a daily basis due to family buying stuff through me. On the few occasions something has been fucked, not shown up or has been wrong in some way it's taken a quick report and occasionally a follow up once they reply to get it sorted. At the very least they refund your money so you can order another (usually they throw in Prime for free if you don't have it), but mostly they offer more back in vouchers, free downloads and other discounts. You don't get the game days before release, but to me that's unimportant. I'm not a fucking kid anymore, getting something like that doesn't bother me as much as it does others. AndyKurosaki
I only ever use Amazon (Shop To can fuck off), and I've never had any problems with them.
retroed
I bought Skylanders Trap Team starter pack from Amazon this week for £29.86. The day after it dispatched the price dropped to £17.99. I emailed customer service and within 15 minutes they had processed a refund of the difference.
Sly Reflex
I've had them refund me without asking. You get a random email saying that they've refunded you because the price dropped. It's nice when that happens.
AndyKurosaki
Aye I've had that several times from them.
retroed
Yeah when the price drops on a pre-order after it's shipped you get an automatic refund, which is nice.

DisturbedSwan
Until Dawn and Mad Max are both out for me, the former because I'm just not that excited for it and the latter because its already been pre-purchased for me.
HandsomeDead
I've just cancelled all my pre-orders since finances may be thin in the forseeable. I've allowed myself one game and I decided on Xenoblade X.
DisturbedSwan
Super Mario Maker is out for me, just don't think I'll have anytime to play it when it comes out with MGSV, Mad Max, PES and Forza on my plate at around the same time.
HandsomeDead
I've been sorting things out so i have pre-orders again. Don't worry, games industry. I'm still here for you. I've traded in most of my PS4 games since none of them are keepers so I have credit to burn on games. This is what I have now: Devil's Third (for my sins ) Super Mario Maker Destiny: the Taken King Xenoblade Chronicles X And also, which I may not keep, I've got Rodea on Wii U ordered. The edition with the Wii version as well. Word on the street is that the Wii version is the one you really want as the Wii U one is a port of the 3DS game so not as good looking and also doesn't run at 60fps. I'd say it was conceived to be played with a Wiimote too, so it seems like the way to go. But it depends what my finances are like come November. I mostly want it as collection and conversation piece at parties. But if I don't have the £60 then I won't bother, which is likely.
