This is some sort of tactics game with battles and stuff. In the battles you have groups of units that you can order around, and when they meet an enemy unit theres a fight which plays out automatically, but you can pick units that are strong against the enemy and sort of program their actions beforehand. i thought this looked interesting because of how you sort of program the fight then see how it plays out, but its not all to do with that, seems if you win is more based on rock paper scissors stuff going on between the different unit classes, like im pretty rubbish at this sort of thing but magic is strong against shield units i think, so you can tell your magic guys to prioritise shield baddies, stuff like that. Its quite complicated im still trying to work out what units i need and havent touched the programming much yet (not had the tutorial for it yet). seems pretty good/interesting so far, im enjoying it anyway, about 4 hours in. the graphics and music are good. Not much happened in the story so far. the name is sort of ridiculous but im coming round to liking it. there are options to kill/punish people or free them… spoiler but id advise reading it Anyone else playing this/how are you getting on with it?

Started this but a bit half-hearted because not sure if i want to play such a long game again so not sure ill stick with it, but the music is awesome as always.

Feel like theres quite a few i go back to when i cant decide what to play like rez, rock band, mr driller, tetris, beat saber, and some rhythm games i go back to but not as often like djmax respect, aaero, the persona ones. And i guess halo for multiplayer but thats more when theres people to play with rather than if i cant think what to play.

Been playing some sega racing classic 2, its good fun ive been enjoying it, won all the races so probably done with it now, i mean its not outrun 2 but what is.

not really a fan of the idea of these pro consoles but i'm an idiot so would probably buy one on the other hand i haven't played these games that apparently run badly on ps5, and don't use the ps5 much anyway so might be able to hold off buying one.

Been playing this last few weeks, on the final chapter now but suspect there might still be loads to go. Nearly quit with the baby section near the start. Overall its been a bit mixed for me, some bits ive enjoyed, but not all of it, dont think i like it as much as 0 or 7, or possibly ive just not been in the mood for it. Quite enjoyed the fishing minigame, even though its a bit jankey and quite difficult, would have missed it if DANGERMAN didnt tell me about it as i would have skipped a normal fishing minigame. Had a quick go on a few of the arcade machines too which was pretty fun.

played some more and finished it and enjoyed it a bit more, glad to finish it and it didn't take too long, maybe got a lucky run through. but yeah still don't think id recommend it for someone like me who's not keen on rogue like stuff.

gta is the game that usually gets me on the hype. i usually finish games as i usually play stuff i know i'll like, although sometimes keep playing even if i'm not enjoying them too much, think if i'm really hating something i'll quit though.

not really enjoying the dlc, the harder missions can be sort of fun but i keep dying on them and having to go right back to the start. i'll keep trying it a bit more i think see if i get into it but yeah initial impressions are it's not for me. i'm not really into rogue like stuff but did like the returnal dlc which is sort of similar.

i keep thinking about getting some of these but they're pretty expensive and i guess i also think with older stuff like megadrive, snes, gba, i'm ok with emulating stuff that's gone too expensive/no other way of playing.

Oh man posting pc’s seems like a nightmare, especially with how big and heavy graphics cards are now, hope it survives

got a train controller thing for this, the controller is nice, well made, like an arcade stick but for controlling trains. then as i had the controller some other games on switch support it so got one of those too (real pro nagoya version or something like that), and while it looks nice as its a like a video recording you control, its a bit boring compared to the densha de go one. Also played final some more, dont think it has the pointing, but it does have the speed challenges and blowing the horn at stuff, so its more interesting than that other switch one. I think the first one i got is still the best one ive played though. oh and tried the one on gamepass but the first thing you do is walk around a car park fps style so quit that, didnt get to the train driving.

Thats great news about pc support, i would have got one if theyd announced that sooner, as it is i got a quest instead, no regrets though the quest seems really good.

My go to suggestions for vr are beat saber and pistol whip but like you say if youre eventually getting a quest 3 maybe better to get them on that.

Yeah im interested if there are any improvements to the dungeons, or if there is at least some non dungeon stuff to do along with the big dungeon grind sections? i can say the older versions the dungeons are very much like the p4 ones, possibly even more boring and bland. If youre into dungeon grinding sessions the old game is probably fine but im mainly playing for the story and there are large parts of the game where no story stuff happens and you just do the dungeon stuff for ages, made it really difficult for me to get through. I always say this but i think the old versions of p3 theres a good game in there but the pacing/how the story/dungeon stuff is split up is really bad. So hopefully this new version is that good game. people seem to be really enjoying this, so i probably will give it a try at some point.

Yeah same boring answer of the first rocksteady batman game and the first insomniac spiderman game for me. That gotg game does the characters really well imo, not sure i can explain it too well its more the dialogue thats good rather than the story as far as i remember, nice graphics too, i didnt think the combat was too bad, but found the puzzle sections really boring. Only got half way through, not sure why as overall i was enjoying it.
