And nu-Lara is fantastic. She can stand proudly amongst the Alyx Vances of the gaming world.

Craymen Edge
Bioshock 2 (360) Brilliant. It couldn't have the same impact as the first one, obviously, but being back in Rapture was great, and the improvements to combat made it a lot of fun to play. DmC : Devil May Cry - Vergil's Downfall DLC (PC) Odd little side story, but enjoyable to play. I found Vergil's moves a bit harder to get on with at first, and wasn't getting very good mission ratings, but was back in the swing of things by the end. I liked the 2D animated cutscenes - obviously a cost cutting measure for the DLC - but I thought they were quite stylish. Bioshock 2 : Minerva's Den DLC (360) Awesome little self-contained bit of story set in new locations and with new characters. One of the best quality DLC's I've played. 2013: Barkley, Shut Up & Jam: Gaiden, Chapter 1 of the Hoopz Barkley SaGa (PC)Sleeping Dogs (PC)Sleeping Dogs : Nightmare in North Point (DLC)(PC)DmC : Devil May Cry (PC)
Hendo
Bioshock, sadly overlooked and unfairly maligned that game. The fact that the villain was supposedly such a thorn to Ryan yet never brought up in the first game was something that stuck to me, but other than that it was a brilliant game. And Minerva's Den is just heart breaking.
HandsomeDead
I tried Bioshock 2 when it was free on the old PSN+. I got 90 mins to 2 hours in and I just thought I'm not having a gay old time here, I think I'll stop. It even makes me unsure if I'll like Bioshock Infinite. dante76
Assassin's Creed : Brotherhood - XBox360 XCOM : Enemy Unknown - XBox360 Walking Dead Episode 1 - XBox360 Walking Dead Epsiode 2 - XBox360 Hitman Absolution - XBox360 - Professional Hard Dead Space 2 - XBox360 - Zealot I liked some of it, the environments were a good change and the new weapons are an improvement. I even found the flamer good. I just didn't find it scary. At all. All the spawning seemed signposted and obvious. I was trying to find the Dead Space 2 thread to get Nags view on it, but its long gone. It'd love to try a hard playthrough but I just don;t have the time available to play through. Dead Space 2 : Severed - XBox360 - Zealot Very shooty but fine. Liked the ending as well.
wholehole
Once you figure out the techniques they use to try and shit you up it does become a lot less scary. The thing with he Dead Space series is that it's always used the same techniques throughout. Ever since replaying the first game, whenever I walk into a new room I always scan for bodies and TK them. If I can pick them up then we're all good, if not, I know they're going to jump up at some point. Likewise with circumventing the Infectors. I will always stomp the limbs off any bodies strewn about a room later in the game so they can't create new Slashers to harass me. Kind of removes the threat they pose but I'd rather that than waste the ammo dealing with a host of Black Slashers. It ends up removing any tension, which is why the first game is still my favourite as I still remember how it used to scare me, something the sequels never did. Looking forward to see if Awakened can change this. I doubt it but I'm still hopeful.

Pikman
I think I just completed Skyrim, although I guess there is never a real completion... At least the main quest is complete, 50 odd hours. I'm still plugging away at loads of the side missions too, hoping to run into some larger ones soon! wholehole
Tomb Raider - 100% - Cannot praise this game highly enough, I'll be replaying this numerous times in the future without a doubt.
