Leaked via an Instagram post for a Cockpit Manufacturer

A professional racing cockpit manufacturer based in Australia seems to have confirmed than Gran Turismo 7 will be be out this year this year which means it could be one of Sony’s big launch titles for PlayStation 5.

Next Level Racing is an official PlayStation licensee, making very big and very expensive cockpits so players get a better simulation when playing driving games. On their Instagram page they asked “What racing game are you most looking forward to in 2020?” and posted four logos representing new games. Dirt 5 is shown and we know that’s real, as is F1 2020 and AMS 2, the short name for Reiza Studios’ Automobilista 2.

GT7 will use almost every single PS5 feature.

“Gran Turismo 7 is going to benefit from almost every single technological enhancement that we have in PlayStation 5,” says Rutter. “The loading times will be next to nothing compared to what they have been in the past. Sitting in the cockpit, the 3D audio allows you to hear the thunderous roar of a Ferrari behind you or in front of you, and you can recognise the difference between that and the engine noise of a Maserati. Driving the car using the DualSense controller, you’ll have a different feeling in your hands from the smooth undulating tarmac of a racetrack, compared to the gritty sensation on a gravel track. Pressing a soft accelerator will feel very different than pressing on a stiff brake pedal or gear paddle.”

It was a joke dude, you don't have to refute every bit of Sony rhetoric that doesn't sound positive (to you)

I get that, at the same time this is the news part of the forum, I don't want someone to think some game is coming to PS4 as well when it isn't and vice versa. There's already some confusion around the messaging (which is entirely Sony's fault) of certain titles so I just like to clarify, correct falsehoods and point to facts even though it was a joke.
