DisturbedSwan
3 hours ago, Maf said: I’m guessing a spin-off for Switch. Did you watch the trailer? Big ol' PlayStation logo right at the start ?
Maf
Lol. I missed that, actually. I just saw that it said new projects. But the chance of a sequel? Unlikely. The dancing game already came out. It’s either a spin off or a FES type thing. I think spin off.

Maf
Hmm...I wonder if it’ll be like FES where there’s an extra story mode but where you get to play as this girl instead? I really liked Persona 5 but I have no intentions of playing it twice. Persona is probably neck and neck favourite RPG series along with Pokemon but every game is a one time deal for me But maybe that isn’t that so I don’t know

Maf
So Royal sounds like it is closer to Golden than FES and the Persona 5 S will be a Switch version presumably?
Maryokutai
Still crossing my fingers for a release on literally any other platform. New character looks cool though, some Mitsuru vibes coming from her.
Maf
Not busty enough to be Mitsuru. More like Yukari died her hair red. I still really like the Persona games but there is a distinct lack of people blowing their brains out in these later ones
radiofloyd
Persona S is a musou game. http://www.nintendolife.com/news/2019/04/persona_5_scramble_the_phantom_strikers_officially_confirmed_for_switch

radiofloyd
The sentence at the start translates as something like “An outbreak of strange events all over Japan...”they” were seen as the culprits.” Or something like that. I’d be curious to see the English trailer to see how they translate it. At the end he says “your story begins”.

Maf
I thought it would be Switch because they did DQ11’S’ and that was the Switch port. But a different game would make sense, I guess
