v is indeed awesome civil war is ace too, there are about a hundred billion comics tied into the storyline but the main story is an 8 comic jobber, which you can just get as a trade paperback anyway. you don't really need to read all the comics involved to be honest. house of M is pretty good too

i'd just like to say, god damn this game, it's properly sucked me in, to the extent that i keep daydreaming about it, ot really done much of the main quest at all, just been bumbling around and still managed to put 13 odd hours into it. i watched hancock on blu ray t'other day and it looked fantastic, about a million time better than a dvd, though i haven't yet used ffdshow on my pc to upscale dvd's properly so can't really compare them yet

even i managed to complete it on casual so it must be easy :lol: though i do fancy some hardcore co-op at some point, reckon that'd be fun times

i bought this the other day too, and also only managed 3 rounds in arcade mode before getting my ass handed to me repeatedly. it's still awesome though, i've been after a fighter for a while and reckon this'll do me for a bit. still can't do a dragon punch on demand though,never used to be able to do that on the snes or in the arcade, stupid fat fingers

I was gonna do the exact same thing with fable when i found out that GAME would only give me £12, saw on CEX how much it was worht. Let me know how you et on so I can try and unleash the pain as well On a complaining note, i complained to Mars recently about the fact that if you buy a tube of revels and empty them out of the plastic inner packaging back into the tube, there's actully less than half a tube, they gave me some bullshit about "packaging being optimised to ensure protection of confectionary"....then the sent me a £5 mars voucher, which i thought was pretty sweeeet It's so easy to complain over email

I guess so.... but even a Zelda game feels more smooth to play. Its running much better since i copied it to my drive though. As an example of the type of thing that is irritating me.... when you search a box or something and find an item...it gives you the option to take it or examine it... but not to leave it in place. Why??!! What if i don't want to pick up a crappy wooden sword. There are just lots of little bits of polish that should have been put in place. I have to admit i am enjoying it more now that i have invested some more time into it. yeah this annoyed me too, kept picking up pies then accidentally eating them during combat for health replenishment and got really fat!!!!!!

I can see why people may not have liked it, it's a repetitive game, and not as deep as some rpgs are, but I really loved the first game,one of my favourite games on the original xbox and this,for me brings the next gen fun that I was looking for in the fable franchise, kinda ticked all the boxes for me
