It's still pervy! Do I look like a Genshin Impact player? (Don't answer that) I ordered Raiden 4 on Switch. It looks too cool not to get.

1000%. I remember playing the Xbox version of Conker and being like what the fuck. It's terrible. I think some of it is Conker probably hasn't aged great, but also the Xbox version is dog shit. I didn't know the RR version is the N64 original. Maybe I play that and the Banjo games at some point when I feel short on disappointment lol Also I've never heard of Planet Alpha. It looks all right. I would play that, if I have time.

I was so confused by this thread but then I realised this isn't Godfall. I'll give this a go. Looks kind of all right.

Genius why didn’t I think of that Mary am I buying this Raiden 4 thing or what. It looks cool, but I dunno. I was looking at those other Switch ones you were recommending on the other page but they got a lot of half naked anime girls in them and I don’t think I can buy those.

Hmm. I just had a look but I don’t really like the horizontal ones. I like the hyper fast vertical ones.

I ended up playing a lot of the online tonight and have come to the conclusion that it is shit. It’s too easy to win as a racer and impossible to win as a cop. It’s flawed because racers dictate the race, as being a cop the most damage you can do to them is from behind. But it’s a racing game. So they just break to avoid any danger. And as long as you’re going slow you can’t ram them or damage them because the speed is not enough. There was a point where 3 of us was on this racer. And he just crawled slightly up the road and anytime we tried to spike he would serve, EMP he would reverse back or handbrake to break the line, and you can’t ram people head on. The game doesn’t like that, it only allows damage from behind or the side. So he essentially trolled us for an entire race and beat all of us. It’s either him playing 4D chess, or we’re all idiots, or design wise this is broken. My verdict is the last one. It’s just so consistently impossible to win. After 10 events as a cop I think I took down 3 people. As 10 events as a racer not only did I survive every one in about half of them I came first. I just don’t think this works. Also I did 10 Hot Pursuits as both cops and robbers and neither of the achievements popped so that’s it. Super done. What a disappointing end to a great game.

This is a fun little video I found on the GoT guy talking about comics

Nice. Well deserved. I think my 3 favourite Sony studios right now are Insomniac, Housemarque & Asobi (Astro people. Is that what they're called?)

I’m only messing about it being cheap. I play UI Goku I have no excuses.
-
Who is you? I ain’t combo in to nothing. Because it’s difficult and something that has to be earned. High class manoeuvre. Instead of, y’know, standing next to someone and grabbing them when they have no chance. Discount win.
-
I can’t land a super because they block. Seems like yours skips that bit of skill required is all I’m saying… I’ll be back on this tomorrow night anyway. I’m done with Burnout and my thumb is better.
-
I dunno man smells cheap ?

Which one is the unblockable one? Is that the grab?

I like anyone who isn’t Faust. EDIT: And May. Bitch get that dolphin outta here.

Is this Raiden 4 remix thing going to be cool? It looks kind of cool. It’s £25 on Switch and I was thinking of ordering but I also don’t really know what I’m looking at. Previous versions have good review scores. Also I don’t know if this is sacrilege or not but I played Radiant Silvergun about a month ago on Xbox. My understanding is that it is some legendary, all time awesome Shmup. Ooooh it’s not good. I really didn’t like it at all. Too many weapons.

Finished all the single player stuff. Not much to add from before. It’s just really fun. I’m over 500 points but looking at the rest a lot of it is online and grinding ranks. I don’t think I’ve got it in me to care. Even being on Gamepass there seems to be middling online activity. Trying to get 2 matches took quite a while, and I could only get random matches too. So do something like the “Play 10 Hot Pursuits as a Cop” or whatever could take a really long time because there’s no control over the game mode or anything. Online stuff aside, yes, still really like this game. Super cool. Wonder if the remaster did well enough to inspire them to make another game like this.

Lol everyone can do the mid-air super. How do your brains process that quick that ah. Now is the time for the super. You have to be in the air, realise they’re open, and then do double quarter circle. Damn, man. Handsomedead give Millia a go. See what you think. Then pass that thinking on to me ? EDIT: Not to keep spamming videos but my man Doto got into heaven
-
@Dwarfman look here’s a quick tutorial guide on how to play Ico
-
@HandsomeDead you’re playing on PS4. Upload a set shows us what it’s supposed to look like. In the meantime this is what a good Millia looks like ? Isn’t it cool. I want to learn how to mix people. I bet if you get good at mix you immediately put yourself above a lot of floor 5 players.

The console version is good. When you first log in there’s like a 1min waiting time while it connects to a server, and I’ve had some buggy things where it kicked me out of the training room when waiting for a match. In general it seems fine, though. I’ve only had one bad fight so far where the connection was trash and I bailed after 1 set. I can’t really say how lobby and matchmaking systems should work either but just hanging out in training while waiting for a match is exactly how DBFZ works as well. Dragon Ball was also good at matchmaking. Simply you get points for winning or deducted points for losing and it finds someone close in points and makes you fight. Obviously points don’t denote skill level but generally I think it works quite well. All of the online stuff on GG is a bit weird but at the end of the day sitting in training waiting for a challenger seems pretty standard. I like the floor system in theory, it just needs to be smarter at working out what floor someone should be on.

Think I’m going to concentrate or when and when not to push forward for now
-
lol. How? Do you have good reactions, do you know adapt to block strings and get the opening? Or you spam? What do you do
-
Oh. I dunno. In DBFZ Teen Gohan can DP against ground combos so I thought it could be used all the time with good execution
-
It’s a move that is like a “get off me” move. It’s invincible on start up so while someone is hitting you, you turn invincible for the start of the move, their attack goes through you and then you hit them and get them off you. You can’t just throw it out though you need to know when to do it. I have no idea when you should do it and what attacks are actual DP’s though. I always have to look it up. @Maryokutai explain to us what a meady is lol
-
That’s just mashing jab, though right? Isn’t that like 3 or 4 frames in most fighting games or something. Or a DP which I’ve been trying to do. Gio’s never seemed to work. Chipp’s worked better, but the skin had already come off my thumb at that point so I was just spinning the stick around and mashing S because my thumb was already done for the day. No skill.
