Pretty fun day in Spelunky land if you ask me. The daily for 11.25.2013 just opened up - might do it later. Gave it a few goes using the jungle short cut and made it to the Ice Caves - and all the new ways to die. Can't remember if I jumped or I was pushed but anyway there was no platform underneath to save me...swallowed up by the darkness. That's awesome you made it to the Ice Caves!! Few Tips for the Ice Caves: - Always look down. Make sure you have a place to drop down too. - In level 3-4 if you scale up into the Mothership Shaft there is a door. Go into it to get to the hidden Mothership level and a chance to unlock the Robot character (My favorite of the bunch) - You can't whip Yeti's and the will punch you. Go Super Mario on them by jumping on thier heads. Then pick them up and throw them into the void. - Take your time. Be careful if you use run you might slide off to your death. - The rock platforms that look like upside down triangles fall after a few second of you jumping on them. - The last item that Tunnel Man will ask for to make the shortcut for the Ice Caves is the key from the Mines. Carry the key from the mines to Tunnel Man at the end of 3-4 to unlock the shortcut to the Ice Caves. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The next Daily (11.26.2013) goes live in a few hours (4:00pm Pacific time) hopefully I can get a better run in. Good luck in tomarrows Daily Radio!!
