Can you get permission from Abba & The Bee Gees to use their music ? I'd love a bit of '70's disco as the backing track to the podcast.

Listening to last weeks 1up yours podcast, John said that the 360 (in Europe) was only popular in the UK, with the rest of Europe favouring the Playstation brand. Is this really the case ?

I mentioned this in the PS3 for 300 quid thread, but thought maybe it deserved its own thread. For those of you who own a 360, will you eventually buy a PS3 or do you really feel that your needs will be met by the 360 ? Can you justify buying a PS3 for (maybe) a couple of games & would it really get much use ? For me, it's obviously the other way round. Whilst I'd like to own a 360 (if I could afford it that is), I somehow think it would be daft as I have so many games on other formats, that I just wouldn't have the time to enjoy each game individually.

I've been playing the Jericho & Skate demos & the Jericho one made me eyes/head go funny after 5 minutes of play. All that ducking/bobbing/weaving is too much for me I fear. Sudoku here we come...

Anyone picking this up on Friday ? It's the sort of game that I like the look of, but know that I'll never really play that far into it. Anyway, it's got a good score from IGN. Clicky 9/10

Nice one Ed. I was about to start typing out the scores earlier on but decided to watch Smallville instead. :whistle: I actually bought ONM this month, just for the AC phone dangler, um, thing.

I was going to put PS3 in the title as well, but seeing as it's only me, I thought it was pointless. :laugh: I might not explain this well, but stay with me... Before I bought my PS3, my DS & PSP pretty much supplied me with most of my gaming needs & I was happy. Now that I have a PS3 & HDTV, I can enjoy racing titles such as Motorstorm & Ridge Racer in all their greatness on a big screen. And then along comes Race Driver: Create & Race for the DS, which I'd been previously looking forward to. However, now, not so much. I can't see me playing a racing game on either my DS or PSP, unless it's really, really special. Now the DS & PSP provide me with plenty of other genres such as puzzle/platformer/rpg/rhythm action/strategy which I'll continue to enjoy on the small screen as well as the large screen. But not the racing genre I think. So, what about everyone else ? Has buying a 360 changed your outlook on DS games ?
