Tried to get DLSS on today @one-armed dwarf but it was greyed out, I assume it’s because I have to run it in DX12. I’ll definitely try it tomorrow, will turn on a few of the Ray Tracing reflections (not actual RT itself though as I don’t think my GPU will handle it) as well. Bought the Season Pass whilst the EGS sale was still on as well. Pics:

It is true @mfnick, taken from PS Blog. As for how they run @Nag, I’d put a big bet on PS5 having the same enhancements as Series X has for BC games. That’s just speculation on my part based on this patent leak from last year, rumours and my interpretation of that slide from The Path to PS5 presentation though.

It’s because she’s now 5 years older. Probably because she looks much closer to her MoCap actor Ashley Johnson as well.

Not sure @Maf but there’s no reason they can’t have 3rd party games and Indies drop on PS Now day 1 like Microsoft do with Game Pass in the near future. Also in regards to BC, PS2 and PS3 BC has recently been heavily rumoured. As for a PS4 Boost or Enhanced Mode, they had this slide up in the ‘Road to PS5’ presentation, so will have two different legacy modes for PS4 games on PS5 seemingly.

I wouldn’t worry at all about PS4 BC @mfnick @Hendo Sony have already confirmed the overwhelming majority of PS4’s 4,000 plus games will be playable on PS5. I don’t know why you’re worried about the PS4 games having to work on PS5 post July though. It doesn’t mean that only games released from July this year will work if that’s what you thought ? PS Now is already ok, you can download quite a few games on there similar to Game Pass and there are a few big hitters like Control on there, it’s not as good as GP but it can easily get there. They will never release their AAA Exclusives Day 1 on PS Now though, it just is never gonna happen, I do think it’s probable they’ll put things like Concrete Genie, Predator etc. The ‘lesser’ games if you like, on there day 1 in the future.

Disappointing news. I wasn’t getting it on Stadia anyway but it needs to be there day 1 for Stadia Owners to even have a modicum of choice in the matter.
