Depends on the genre for me I have to say I mean a first person shooter that isnt online is like ice cream made without milk where as an RPG like Oblivion doesn't need it. I guess I think that sometimes multi player can be the icing on the cake and with some games it would be the integral part ie Metroid Hunters on the DS I wouldnt have been remotely interested sans multiplayer. My latest game is Enemy Territory Quake Wars and its entirely multiplayer only well it has bots but it needs to be online for any real fun to start. Games that focus on one or the other are the really great ones. Like Oblivion has 100% focus on the single and is amazing and ETQW is 99% multi only and both do things perfectly. Rainbow Six vegas and gears of war suffered slightly in single player as Coop seems to be the best part. SO yeah definently depends on the game I mean imagine MArio Kart without multiplayer or pheonix wright with it. It would be madness. I think Metroid Prime 3 has lost a great oppertunity to be single only but thats just me I didnt enjoy the single player.

Some nice themes there mate the halloween one is cool and yay a good oppertunity to pimp mine up aswell

This is entirely different to the GBA and PS1 games and the forthcoming DS game. The scores so far have been great but I'm still more excited about the DS game next spring. I would be picking this up if I had a PSP but it may be just the game to convince me to buy one if they ever come down in price.

You can get them for 99p out of Gamestation out of eggs theres 7 to get i have 3 of them . On topic though its about time we saw a good score for Luminous Arc.

I never played it with the AI it was always coop or multi which i might say is intese because you're always stalking around and basically looking around like a meercat on speed. Boom fests are alright but i prefer something with more purpose like Enemy Territory rather than generic capture the flag stuff I only play CSS due to the sheer skill level needed to play it. I guess its the old chesnut though trying to compare Console shooters to PC shooters is like comparing Ice to Ice Cream for flavour. Rainbow 6 is the only other 360 shooter I've actually liked as it handles almost aswell on the PC as it does the 360 though without a mouse i felt the difficulty might have been stepped a bit.

It seems to have been getting good reviews but I never saw the appeal of any of these games and I doubt it will be anywhere near as open as Animal Crossing was. I'm just expecting a limited AC but then I won be buying it. You could always get it and return it later I suppose.

A serious Serious Sam game is all halo is but in the future its just a brainless boomfest of a shooter. 4 player coop should be good fun but honestly Rainbow 6 Vegas had that and was a fucking brilliant game get that instead Hendo.

The way this is supposed to work is that putting the tags and codes into a different section keeps them off the forum and now all 360 talk is all in 1 forum which you dont have to go into. We think that the community is the best feature of the site and if keeping that means we have to have a tiny section for aliases then i reckon its a good deal. Honestly though the Nintendo forums get neglected by everyone so were all as guilty as each other but suffice is to say until you see DS-Wii60fi on the banner you know where the focus is. Anyone who comes here and isnt here for the nintendo stuff wont exactly get a warm welcome so it should all work out

In reguards to the PC section PM your xfire and steam usernames If you really want a xfire tag or xfire+ tag i'll add them aswell. For PS3 and 360 just PM any admin the code for those sig things and we'll whack em up

I think the PC gamers are annoyed that its just a shiny system shock 2 but underwater. Which is fair play and it does rip off Fallout 2 in many places which is something i agree with as Fallout was fucking awesome. Even the people whining that it is ripping of SS2 are saying its still a good game. But when playing it I feel the dumbing down for the 360 is very obvious especially in the way the interface works and the way the mouse moves it just doesnt feel right which is telling of the system it was truely aimed at as Rainbow 6 Vegas was similar in controls yet felt more natural in mouse movements.

Have you had a chance to import Ecoris yet (noticing your avatar) its being localised for the states now apparently. On Topic though I reckon the game won't disappoint anyone who orders it.

Movietyme have it for 16.99 but its not out till the 4th over there and will take a while to get it. Im still fully in love with the WFC in this game im now ranked 6th in the world for Ranked mode on Race and learning all the clever tricks. When im not online im working through the puzzles which are feindish and the Lab games are just sadistic yet genius. I just cant help gushing about this game everyone needs to own this.
