The guy you see in jail tells you he's locked up for picking the yellow flowers, (and the sherriff then adds something about them being dangerous?) Sly Reflex Posted July 24, 2009 Share Posted July 24, 2009 Some of the puzzles are really logical, in fact, Guybrush actually tells you what you need to do, it's just a case of listening to everything. The troll that is protecting the bridge is a fine example of a double pronged clue. Might not make much sense what he says on his own, but coupled with what Guybrush says about the possible items he could give the Troll and it more than makes sense. That puzzle stumped me for a while back in the day, because I assumed having a 'Red Herring' in you inventory meant it was going to be something that didn't contribute to any of the puzzles .
