The only thing I can find about why you'd put lighting behind a TV is to help combat eyestrain in dark viewing conditions...

I don't overly like the tone of light certain led colours give out... that's more with spot style lights though. Actual light bulb style aren't so bad.

Finally got around to doing the last Xbox One run on Real Survival difficulty over the last couple of days... Even set up a Twitch account and broadcast some of it (look at me), just under 5 Hours and that's brought my journey to an end. Roll on Resident Evil Zero HD.

Been back to this over the last couple of days, knife run on the Xbox One version. Added one death to that versions tally, underestimated how hard the Tyrant hit and he took me by surprise. http://xboxclips.com/Nag%20No1/28ecd673-2d64-4479-99cf-c96b07f9deeb/embed One more run for the 1000g on this.

Finished a knife only run last night for the CQC FTW Trophy... Used Jill for increased healing capacity, even so this run actually increased my death tally. Tried to go toe to toe with the Crimson Head Prototype, that didn't end well and Lisa Trevor managed to get a lucky hit in at the four stones. One run left for PS4 now, Real Survivor difficulty, which is what I played as standard back on the Gamecube so that shouldn't pose any problems.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/news/news-15474-Resident-Evil-HD-Has-Become-Capcom-s-Fastest-Selling-Digital-Game.html That's the kind of news I wanted to hear, Zero next, please Capcom.

Two Resi completions today, actually. Went ahead and got the Invisible Enemy run finished, wasn't particularly hard to be honest... Even though auto aim is turned off and the special infinite ammo weapons aren't allowed. Used Chris, turned the difficulty down to very easy and jobs a good un'... Pretty much treated it as a speed run. Two achievements left on Xbox, now. Knife only run and Real Survivor difficulty... Don't know whether to finish that off or try to Plat the PS4 version.

Another day, another Resi completion... Hard, Chris, no save run through on the Xbox today... Things get interesting now as I'm looking at either a knife only run or Invisible enemies run, neither of which I've attempted before.
-
Gamecube version released in 2002, though. The Resident Evil games are the only ones that have forced my hand into buying a console(s) that otherwise I would've had no interest in.

Just finished a Hard, no save run using Chris... Turned out to be a cake walk to be fair. Used the unlimited Rocket launcher earned in the speedrun. I adore this game, I love it's old school ways... Everything adheres to strict rules and acts as it should, if I die on this game it's entirely my fault... I've never felt jipped with this.

I blame auto correct... Although it was probably me. I played this to death on Gamecube so for me it was like slipping back into some comfortable old slippers (i don't wear slippers, I ain't that fucking old... Yet)... Although first off I felt incredibly lost, things soon started to click though.

You'll be able to do that in the Remaster, Just not the add on.

4 lost it for me a bit, I don't think I used a car in the entire game... it's not gonna happen but I'd like to return to semi normality.

Couldn't find a thread for this so thought I'd start one. CGI trailer. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=taQ3Rjm7k-U First gameplay trailer. I had a lot of fun with the previous two games, so hopefully this follows suit.

Fighting Death really does show up the AI as being incredibly thick sometimes... you've learned the hard way that at Bitterblack Isle you carry your own valuables.

Pretty certain certain those badges have no other uses, so feel free to sell them. I've never bothered using enchanted weapons, as far as I know you won't be healing creatures but you'll be doing less damage if you're using an element their strong against.... I prefer straight out damage output myself, the only two enchantments I've used are fire and holy and a mage can sort that out. If you have one giant kept fish forge that.... Again, never bought the weapons from the Black Cat, as you've said they seem a bit gimmicky.

Sometimes the standard Anodyne spell is a better call as its a a lot quicker to cast in the heat of a battle... depends if the pawn is set to medicent or not.
