This is what they're calling the 'Bachelor' campaign for Pathologic 2 now, it's its own standalone game. I talked about it in here. It sounds very different. Experiments with non linear time, like a Christopher Nolan film (in fact checking that old post, they specifically mention Memento)

They announced this prelude thing today, Pathologic 3: Quarantine. Part of it is set in the city the main character is from
