never used one. but close to buying one on multiple occasions, think it's the messing around that i'm not up for, apparently they aren't really plug and play, and i think they don't work with n64 (standard uk one would need an RGB mod i believe, although i might be wrong with that). there's a new similar thing that's more plug and play - retrotink 5 something, that looks good but costs more :( there's also an ossc pro coming which will apparently rotate stuff so that sounds amazing. i've been making do with buying some component cables where supported, and using composite for older stuff - my current tv deals with those much better than the old tv that had scart, so it's not too bad.

 

what would you be using it for?

Well taken plunge and ordered one, 

 

Didnt want to spend the £300 on the tink, just too pricey. 

 

Gonna use it initially for the PS2 but some space for future expansion as I rebuy some of my older consoles.
