Use voucher PCGMR-ALLIN-GREEN Potential 6% TCB just done it myself and it works. If you don't have Borderlands 2 in your steam inventory yet (because you got the code elsewhere or have a boxed copy) then you have to buy it as a gift, then choose to store the gift (rather than email it or whatever).
