I've got two rough clips of me playing the guitar, I want them to play together with a splitscreen. How do I do this? Or is there a better (free) program to use? To be honest, it's just two rough clips I was experimenting with to see if I could do it. Turns out I can't. I brought the old Macbook back to try the iMovie on there and nothing. I bought the iMovie app for the phone and nothing. You can do it in the old imovie but its a faff. You have to reduce the dimensions of one of the clips, export it, then reduce the dimensions of the second clip, import the original clip then over lay them.
