I can live with £2.79 or whatever it was... You get these nice musical fades as you move around the station, you won't get that from YouTube.... And you get RESIDENT EVIL TWO! shouted at you at the title screen, it's worth it for that alone.

I'm almost scared to ask this, you do realise that rooms on the map turn blue once you've cleaned out all the items you can right? I'm loving having the original soundtrack going while playing the game, I think that'll be my default from now on.

@one-armed dwarf has ditched this in favour of fucking Goofy and Donald Duck, I'm doing all the scenarios before tackling 4th Survivor... On Leon A now (my 3rd time through)... I'll probably be playing this until Anthem drops later in Feb.

Using the original costumes puts Ada straight into her red dress, cutting out the raincoat model.... Hope it doesn't put Sherry in to that stupid sailer suit thing she wore in the 98 game.?

I think you'd soon learn the error of your ways...? Finished Leon's B route earlier, really enjoyed this too. Think I have a saving problem... Met Kendo in this run, Mr X is a lot more prevalent in this run and the Tyrant boss fight is harder than Claires. The relationship Ada and Leon make is definitely more realistic this time round. In fact that's one thing I'm loving about this game is the realistic tone in general... If people look back at the first three Resi games there isn't really that much comedy, Resi 4 was were that all started. I have 4th Survivor unlocked now but next up is Leon A with original costumes and soundtrack.? Some of these could be considered spoilers...

Hope you've got the thing to make it go ping... @bellow Forgive me if I'm stating the obvious but items that have a set amount of uses (keys, bolt cutters, cranks that kind've thing) get a little red tick on them in the item screen so you know you're done with them.

I love the uncertainty, it also stops boredom when backtracking... if in doubt prod um with a knife, or chop their legs off. @bellow... keep your eyes open for background hints too, they aren't all in notes.?

I've left off with Leon attempting to get in to the clocktower, this run is definitely harder than Claire's... Mr X has virtually free run of the entire station, that wasn't the case at all for Claire. You've also got corridors with both Zombies and Lickers in so that rules out stealth and then add the fact Leon has less options for crowd control. Hardcore is gonna be a bitch on this. Still fucking loving the game though.❤️

I don't know if it's the B route in general or Leon's campaign is harder than Claire's anyway but this is kicking my arse at the minute, with Claire it was pretty easy to avoid Mr X in this he's following me fucking everywhere.

Finished Claire's A run earlier... Jesus h Christ that was fucking awesome, absolutely loved every minute. Considering that's one forth of the game done (less if you count 4th survivor) I couldn't be more happy how that turned out. I think my time is the cause of the grade, I seriously geeked out and fucked about in almost every area though.? It'll be onto Leon's B run next, I want to see what he was up to during Claire's game. Seriously though, I hope to god this sells well... I'm on board 100% with a Nemesis Remake in this style, it would work brilliantly. To think I had my doubts Capcom could pull this off... Brilliant.

Yeah, I've read a few bits and bobs about Hardcore and it sounds pretty different to standard difficulty... not just bullet sponge enemies but different types and more of them. I've decided I'm doing both A and B's in standard mode before even thinking of Hardcore.

So far I've legged it from him, I shot his hat off (obviously) and shot him with two acid rounds which seemed to have bugger all effect... That was enough for me, I'm out.?

Nice, not clicking the second spoiler tab yet though. @one-armed dwarf I've left off for the day with Claire just getting to the orphanage... I've loved every minute so far, so much love and thought has gone into this thing with loads of little quality touches. I killed a zombie earlier who was a little too close to Claire instead of just falling through her there was an animation of her sidestepping and brushing it off as it fell. I tried creeping past some of these guys earlier and it actually worked fairly well, the return trip failed miserably though. Mr X is stomping around now, this is about as close as I like to get to him...? There's been some nice tips of the hat to the original too. Anyone remember this babe? She was the poster girl zombie of the original game.?

It's not a remaster!? Played some more before having to come to work, I left off with Claire in the Parking Garage where Irons pistol whips her (I already want that cunt dead)... Met up with the Lickers now, they're fuckers in this, no more standing still aiming down with the grenade launcher now... Not too clever with a point blank flame round though, eh? Also had my first meeting with Sherry and her father, he succeeded in sucking up most of my ammunition. Anyway, like I said I'm underground near the Kennels and morgue... *Shudder* Gotta give props to the fire effects in this, they're gorgeous.
