So.Cl ~ Microsoft's Social Network

I was extremely bored today and I randomly stumble upon this site called so.cl (pronounced Social). Apparently it is Microsoft's answer to Google +, Facebook, Everyme and Pinterest. In fact it seems to be very similar to Pinterest. From what I can tell so.cl let's you make collages from bing photos to express yourself. I find it odd to take the Sega Dreamcast stealth launch tactic for a service like this and not tell anyone.

There also seems to be no app for it yet in the Play store. Can anyone confirm the same for Windows Phone 7/8 and iPhone?

Has any MFer's used so.cl? I would love to hear your though on the service if you have.
