mynameis
Anybody try it? I've been using Orb to stream music onto my wii, which is hooked up to my surround sound system. But I hate the interface it looks terrible
DANGERMAN
Yeah i used to use it, but then the whole thing threw some sort of fit and refused to recognise that I was logged in. It worked ok, a bit juddery on films, but as a was to watch stuff in another room it was alright. I use the PS3 for that now, it streams through the router wirelessly directly from your harddrve, so the output is of a better standard. What i did like about orb though was that you could let other people from around the world (well your mates) watch/listen to stuff just by sending them the link EDIT: That version of Orb is much better than the one i used, mine was just a blank background with white writing
mynameis
I just found another piece of software called Weezo. Its really nice, has a better GUI than Orb. Hundred times better. Has modes of displaying pictures and can also play from iTunes library. If only you could use either of these programmes while the PC was shut down or Logged Off
