i've got a g1, i rather like it, especially as i've managed to turn it onto a wireless router so i can use my laptop to access my 3g intermaweb, that's pretty cool

i've now moved my wii upstairs (onto the smallest tele in the world in the bedroom) and have played a little more of this, i say little because literally about 20 mins then watched the footy. it does seem fun though, and looks loads better not in hd, though gta 4 seems to be constantly calling me at the moment so this may have to wait

I've got a copy of the Dark Knight Returns by Frank Miller waiting to be started tonight. I've heard very good things about it, so I'm looking forward to it.

Has anyone here read Red Son? It's written my Mark Millar, who wrote Civil War and it's basically what would've happened if Superman had landed in the USSR instead of America. Pretty good, mostly because there's no Kryptonite (Shitty plot device) and it has a nice twist to it.

this is awesome, one of my favourite stories, just brilliant writing, haven't read red son but i've4 seen it a couple of times and been intrigued, it's an elseworlds story isn't it, some of those are ace (World's Funnest, batmite vs mr Mxyzptlk is brilliant, not least all the nods to other elseworlds comics) though some are a bit arse

some games do look terrible on hd tv's with the regular cable (okami is a blur fest) but galaxy always looked lovely

i really enjoyed the first halo, apart from the library level, oh dear lord that's dull

and i hated the flood, but i hate them in halo 3 too

I wanna see it, haven't read the graphic novel for aaaaaaages though so can't remember any of it

think i'll stick with the innovators rather than the pretenders.
