She looks great. He looks too Hollywood. Back to doubting live action 
 

That shot of them sitting reminds me of something. First thing comes to mind is this, but I’m sure there’s something even more accurate

I have little doubts about Zelda, but Link might be the make or break character, not necessarily related to his looks, but how they portray him, considering he's a blank slate and every player has their own version of the character in their head.

 

The costumes look promising, slightly worn, so they don't give off the impression of a cosplay convention. The colours make it look somewhere between big production and fan movie at the moment, but with the final cut so far off so is the final colour grading, so that can still change.

 

I'm neither hyped nor cautious about this at the moment, just interesting to see how it turns out. If I'm still alive in May 2027, that is, that's so far away still.

This is obviously artwork and couldn’t figure out where from. But this is apparently what Link will look like 

 

 

So OoT costume with some chainmail and a cloak. Looks great. Looks very strong which I wouldn’t normally relate to Link. But I like it

Yeah, looks nice, but I suppose there was never a question about this series looking good on 2D artwork but rather how it'll translate.

 

They also wrapped filming last week from what I read, so we might get a trailer later this year. Maybe at the Keighley's.

Ideally the kind of vibe/tone I would like for this film is along the lines of ICO. Sceptical if that will happen..

Also, that's Miranda from Mass Effect, she was also in some of the shittier seasons of Dexter

Yeah, more than anything else I think this makes me wish the movie turns out well. Not sure what role he plays, but if he's, say, the King of Hyrule in a good Zelda movie that would be a cool bookend for his filmography.

 

Always liked Strahovski, not sure which role would be a good fit (much younger queen maybe). Lachman is probably the only person on earth who looks like Impa, so that's a perfect choice.
