HandsomeDead Posted Sunday at 20:36 Posted Sunday at 20:36 What piqued my interest in this a bit more was the association with the ESA. I'm hoping it means it'll have proper science consultants. There's a bit too much science as magic in games and this will hopefully consider the real threat of space. 1
radiofloyd Posted Monday at 01:56 Posted Monday at 01:56 Yeah this looks cool. By the way, in case anyone didn’t know, aphelion refers to point in its orbit when a body is farthest from whatever its orbiting (the opposite of perihelion). I only know this because I’m obsessed with space and learning about space. 3
Maryokutai Posted Monday at 07:49 Posted Monday at 07:49 More than Uncharted it reminded me of Deliver us the Moon/Mars, even though it's a bit more action-y and cinematic. I agree that the ESA collaboration is pretty neat, should prevent it from being playable Gravity (the movie). Also maybe worth mentioning that Don't Nod really has found a nice groove in the midst of the AA segment. If we count this they will have released five tonally completely different games in as many years and they've all been of solid quality (jury's still out for this one obviously). Makes the whole production pipeline of AAA look archaic by comparison.
