I can’t believe that was 2 hours it did go by fast (not sarcasm this time, it kinda blew by, despite being boring)

 

I liked Mechabreak, Monument Valley 3, CoD, Dragon Ball, off-brand Diablo and there were a couple of games that looked good but I was too busy talking shit to catch the names

 

And of course, my beloved Dune MMO we’re all gonna have such a good time. We can make buildings, sell the blueprints to other players and have a nice vacay in the desert

few bits Masters of Albion looked interesting but given it Peter Molenux I will expect it to ship with about half the shown features.

 

Civ VII - Never played a civ game and been curious to try one for a while, so this may be an entry point, either that or will just pick up Civ V or VI in a sale come Xmas.

Edit: Ok, the preshow might already have had the best game of the night. DenshAttack, or 'what if Tony Hawk was a train and the game was made by Suda51?'

RE Fallout season 2, season 1 was solid. It just feels like Fallout 5 but as a TV show. Hard to get an adaptation right but they did I think, even with some of the flaws the show may have. 

 

Season 2 is going to be based in New Vegas so it's probably going to 'canon-ize' an ending from the video game.

These 2 things don’t relate to each other in the way it might sound but this is absolute dog shit so far and the Lego Batman trailer actually looked really good

So far there hasn't been much for me either yet but Lego Batman looks way better than it should.

 

I also liked the visual style of the Sekiro anime but it being a Crunchyroll exclusive I'll never watch it.

I’ve had most of this on quiet. This is one of the worst live shows I’ve seen, I think.

I don't know the full details on how things shaped out with ZAUM (Disco Elysium company). I know the original creators got pushed out and for that reason people seem down on this new project. I'll keep an open mind I suppose. I did like that they stressed that failure is just a way to a whole other path, which is the best thing about Disco Elysium. Failure is so fun in that game

 

I don't actually think this is a bad show tbh, it's just lowkey and has the standard co-op shooter slop these shows always have. But the CRPGs they are talking about here with a 'democracy' theme sound really interesting and I'll probably check them out. 

 

I also think in its muted form, the Deadpool trailer looks good and had lots of interesting interactions. But I'm so over that snarky humour so it would be unbearable

I wonder how far along that game from the not-Disco guys is, considering they had to cut to concept art between the fractions of gameplay. Though I hope no matter what happened behind the scenes the game will be measured on its own merits and not the drama behind.

More interesting art direction than EAs effort, if nothing else.

VTMB2 will probably be bad, but I'm very interested in it. I ended up not finishing the first game and was a bit underwhelmed, but it had some cool ideas. I'm not optimistic that those same ideas will be present in its sequel, but who knows.

I didn't catch what they were saying about Project Spectrum but that looked kind of cool, especially the part where you can transform into Shuma-Gorath.

RE4 remake was really good but I'm not really interested in this series anymore I think. Maybe just too much of a good thing. I'm like the equivalent of the MCU fan which feels overfed and wants something different (maybe this can be extended to a lot of the higher end offering in the industry right now, wrt genre variety)

 

Maybe it's cause the trailer was full of subtle similarities with RE giraffe blowjob, sorry 6

Or games are just getting less and less for me. Wow that was terrible! But it’s not just this. SGF, all the directs, showcases etc. basically the recent shows I’ve watched have been shit.
