This has been out on PC for half an eternity – and I remember it getting showered with praise from all directions – but it's finally coming to consoles in October. I don't know too much about the game, it's some kind of make-your-own-adventure tactical RPG that spans decades and generations, so you see your characters grow old and such. Most of it is procedurally generated, even quite a few elements from its narrative. I'm usually not a fan of those systems but I think I'll make an exception for a 10/10 internet darling. 

 

For the console versions there will also be a physical version, the first run of which is going to include a little booklet detailing all the monsters you come across.

Heard loads of amazing things about this but been never played it due to being on PC so I’m very happy with this news. I’ll be picking it up.

This sounds great, and in many ways sounds similar, in gameplay, to the most excellent Wartales game.
