Physical Switch version now for pre-order on Amazon JPN and Amazon US, but no UK/EU site…

Looking at exchange rate the JPN version is like, £8 cheaper, and probably way cooler. So I think I’ll go with that. That Monster Hunter game turned up no problem

Would prefer EU one if possible, though

Couldn’t they have always done a One version and have it running via BC for Series? I don’t understand why that was a problem to start with? Unless Ms had some stupid stipulation that you can’t release a One version without it having a dedicated Series release too? Wouldn’t put it past them.

I think that is actually a thing...

The PS4 and Switch versions seem like they’re really good on input lag. Apparently very similar to the Dreamcast version

I ordered mine from Amazon JPN yesterday. Really doesn’t seem like EU is getting a boxed copy

So there is a physical edition coming to EU but…

Capcom Europe has confirmed that the physical edition of the long-awaited Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics for the Nintendo Switch will be a code in box deal for Europe. The North American and Japanese versions of Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics should have a cartridge per an earlier announcement by Capcom. Those of you in Europe opting for the PlayStation 4 version will thankfully get a disc, rather than a code. The physical version of Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics is out 22nd November. The digital edition is available now on the Nintendo Switch eShop.

Justin Wong is so good at MvC2 that players are refunding the game after fighting him

The MvC collection lacking crossplay is a big knock against the game and one of its most heavily criticized features, but Justin Wong is using it to his advantage by hitting rank 1 on every ladder. He’s already at the top spot on both Playstation and PC, with him eyeing Switch next. No platform is safe from his wrath.

This shouldn’t be a surprise considering JWong is a 7-time EVO champion in MvC2 and one of the most decorated fighting game veterans of all time, with him still being exceptionally skilled at pretty much every game fighting game he puts his hands on.

So skilled, in fact, that people are refunding the game after encountering him on the ranked ladder.
