Metaphor: ReFantazio

Surely they're still review points though... I'd guess more people read reviews over technical jargon.

Hearing the game performs (by all accounts) fairly badly on whatever you're using is pretty big news for those buying the game.

I'm sure games were losing marks for that type of stuff back on PS4/Xbox One hardware, now it's hardly mentioned at all in the reviews... or cherrypicked.

Horny guy giving Griffith vibes

Nevermind, the trailer is gone.

I'm six hours into the prologue demo, and it's been great so far. The physical copy is currently on its way. Hype!

This is another game I'd (mistakenly) thought was coming to Game Pass... I think I need to get out of the habit of presuming everything Xbox advertises is doing that.🤦‍♂️

Damn, looks like I should have ordered the ps4 version. How can this have performance issues?

@mfnick I ordered last night from monster-shop-outlet on eBay with discount code. Not used them before.

Also ordered from here, we’ll see if mine is at home when I get in, with RM these days I very much doubt it.

I ordered SH2 from Smyths just so I could go and pick it up, don’t trust RM at all.

1mil sales on day 1

https://www.eurogamer.net/metaphor-refantazio-surpasses-1m-sales-on-launch-day-to-become-fastest-selling-atlus-game

Quote

Metaphor: ReFantazio, released by Atlus today, has already surpassed a million units sold

That makes it the fastest-selling Atlus game ever. Previously that record was held by Persona 3 Reload released earlier this year, which reached the same sales figure in under a week.

Atlus shared the news with a new illustration from character designer Shigenori Soejima to celebrate.
