It has answered my question though that the cartoon fx are in game. But it looks mildly rubbish from the little shown which has focused on going forward as fast as possible like some mobile racing games. Really don’t see how it’s compared to Horizon though, even just from a location standpoint. It’s just a generic looking city which is indistinguishable from any previous entry, having the cops hound you while just driving about is still a PIA too.
