Edge Magazine Subscription - £3 per quarter

I know it's just the way things are (in terms of delayed deliveries currently) but instead of my much anticipated first subscription issue of Retro Gamer, to be delivered by 20 Jan 22, I got an email today saying "it may take a few more days than usual to reach me".

 

Bah!

 

UPDATE - arrived today (Saturday) - has the 'retail' cover rather than the 'subscription exclusive' cover but not really a problem.

Well it's been about 2 and a half years of getting Retro Game for £1 / issue (£3/qtr) as they'd messed up the expiry date of the original offer - but finally I got a letter saying they're raising my subscription to £11.25 / qtr.

 

TBH I'm not really that fussed about the magazine anymore, nothing particularly wrong with the content or editorial - just that I never particularly seem to read them, before the next one pops through the door.

 

So nah, that's it, finished.

 

Well maybe until another subscription offer comes along ....

At least you got that. They just stopped sending mine, then when I chased said it had been cancelled in error. 

 

I wouldn't have been against resubbing again, but the deals were terrible at the time
