Considering a lot of talent behind this project left (IIRC Kamiya spoke publicly about this project being partially responsible for his departure) I think it's safe to assume it has either been quietly cancelled or news of its cancellation will follow shortly.

 

Getting a bit worried about Platinum, I get the feeling that NG4 is some kind of make-or-break point for them.

they're in a strange position where I'd almost want them to get bought to sort out their management, but that would also 100% be the death of them because none of their games perform
