Was at least a year before I came back to it, fired up a new save, played for several hours and then went back to my old save and finished the main quest. Lots of really good looking and varied locations to explore. Had some really great story moments and most of the side quest stuff was worth doing just for the dialogue, I really enjoyed the Acting one where there’s tonnes of product placement in the script. Loads of great characters - the Spacers Choice shop keeper in Groundbreaker was a particular favourite. I really liked how often you could talk your way out of encounters too. It did drag a bit in the middle during the Monarch planet stuff but for the most part really enjoyed it. It really did feel like a better Bethesda RPG that actually worked and had variety. One last point, for some reason I didn’t find myself wanting to actually play it much. Bit weird, it was very rare I got excited to play it but whenever I put it on I’d end up playing for hours and really loving it.
