It has nothing to do with this era or its viewpoint on such issues. Otherwise where does it end? Remove the implication of BDSM from the Nemesis design? It's constant pursuit of the female lead protagonist? Steve and... Well, the character in general... @one-armed dwarf would be devastated though ?
