spatular Posted January 1 Posted January 1 stanley is supposed to be really good, i'd be playing that if i was signed up anyway.
DANGERMAN Posted January 2 Posted January 2 Stanley is great. It's old as fuck from its original form, but if you've never played it you should, it's really funny, and it's clever
one-armed dwarf Posted January 2 Posted January 2 It's essentially the original game but with a bunch of new metacommentary on the nature of video game expansions It's very weird and cynical and silly, it's a perfect freebie I'd say. I think I got the Go Outside achievement a while back
spatular Posted January 2 Posted January 2 is it worth paying to play the new version? i ask as this is the reason i haven't played it, i got the old version just before they announced a new version then been waiting for it to go on a big sale (as i already paid for the old version) but it never does. i may never play it.
one-armed dwarf Posted January 2 Posted January 2 Tbh, I don't even think it's worth paying for the old one when it came out It's a cute thing but I'm not as hot on it as other people, you just have to be really into the ironic meta humour of it. A freebie for Plus is the point at which I'd recommend it to people more strongly 1
spatular Posted January 2 Posted January 2 ah cheers, maybe i'll just play the old one at some point then

DANGERMAN Posted January 29 Posted January 29 Very much Tbf High On Life was ok, and I suspect Payday 3 is too if you like that sort of game, but it's not exactly an exciting month
Nag Posted January 29 Posted January 29 I can't remember when my sub runs till but I'm getting very close to letting it lapse now... I don't play multiplayer on PS5 and there's not been a good plus month (in my opinion) for what seems like ages.
DANGERMAN Posted January 29 Posted January 29 I played a chunk of Suicide Squad last month, I think there's been a few recently I've had some sort of interest in, but I've got so much other stuff to play they're just way too far down the pecking order I suspect the market wouldn't agree, but I'd rather them put shorter indie games on there

Maryokutai Posted January 29 Posted January 29 IIRC Payday 3 got panned on release as it was lacking a lot of features and content from its direct predecessor. A proof of concept as to why other live service games just run forever and never get sequels. I wanted to play that Pac-Man remake when it came out, but same here, not high enough on the priority list to make time for it.

I can't think of the last game that came out on PS4 that didn't have a PS5 version too, I wonder if there is anything recent?

Maf Posted January 30 Posted January 30 Stellar Blade? But fuck that game RETURNAL is where it’s at EDIT: Hang on I have not understood the assignment My new answer is Sand Land But my real answer is RETURNAL
