I often really like Tomb Raider runs:

 

 

I knew the old games were busted but didn't realise the Chystal Dymanics games were just as bad. 

 

Like Sonic runs I'm fastinated by the runs that exploit glitches to Heck and back.

 

If you watch it maybe skip a lot of it because they forgot to make a profile and failed making checkpoint skips a couple of times.

I’m not sure if I've posted this before but this is my favourite speedrun. Perfect combination of good runner, knowledgeable and comfortable couch, a great game and a very decent challenge. Resident Evil 7 - Madhouse - New game

Looks like some really fun games are being played. Particularly want to see Bayonetta 2, Doom 2016 100% on hardest difficulty and Metal Gear 3 European Extreme

they don't usually allow shmups (because you generally can't do them quick) but are having a mushihimesama futari ultra run 8:37 on weds, probably one of the hardest shmups/games ever - well on ultra mode anyway, i'll be trying to remember to watch it.

The other day I watched them do Altered Beast (Mega Drive) in about six and a half minutes... I played that game for hours without beating it?

Note: While I've been ill this week, these are about the right amount of time to have something gaming related in the background while I coalesce. This is both timely and with potential spoilers to those freshly digging into the current REmake. I adore this game. I finished it many times, back in the day and yet no way could I ever have completed it in under an hour...

Demon’s Souls... In under 45 minutes ?

Now you don't see JRPG's as speedruns very often. This one is quite impressive. In particular, a Sector 8 skip early on that made my jaw drop.
