Yeah full price (£40-£45) in the UK @Maryokutai at almost every store.

I do get where you’re coming from but for many a AA SP game at £40 - especially from an unknown Dev/Pub - is just too much to entice people in in this day and age.

Especially when you’ve got other AA games like Yooka-Laylee, Hellblade et al. That were £30-£25 Day 1.

I really don't think this game is Yooka-Laylee territory. Hellblade is a good comparison but Hellblade was digital-only. As soon as you go retail your profit margin shrinks but at the same time you can't cut the price of the digital version or else you'd cannibalise retail sales.

Well, in any case, I'm looking forward to it and I hope it does well enough for the people involved to keep their jobs.

@Maf don't be such a slut for review scores. 1% making a difference ass fool.

I ordered this. I wasn't going to. But then I did. Should arrive in the next couple of days and then I'll add my score to the metacritic score to see if it pushes it over 79%.

I know it’s a perception thing but when I see 79% I’m like “meh” but then I saw the 80% and my curiosity peaked

Yet you seemingly adore Crackdown 3, a game that got a 60% average ?‍♀️
