PlayStation 4 exclusive sandbox thing Dreams will launch in 2018, a new trailer has confirmed.

It's the first we've really heard of Dreams in some time - although there's no narrower date in 2018 mentioned.

The project has been in the works at LittleBigPlanet studio Media Molecule for years - it was first announced back at E3 2015 as a pretty nebulous creation tool concept and hasn't really got a whole lot less nebulous since.

We're expecting to hear much more about it as soon as tomorrow, however, at this year's PlayStation Experience show.

For a second I thought this was a thread about sleepy dreams and I was gonna share that last night I dreamt I had a pet penguin.

Giant Bomb have posted a very long video taking a look at some of the creations so far in Dreams.

It starts off jaw dropping, the better creators are going to make some really special stuff I think. Later on, from what I saw (I was only half watching at the end last night) it gets a bit more like Little Big Planet, but there is some really impressive stuff already

I’m curious enough to give this a try. Anyone else interested?
