Maf
https://www.eurogamer.net/best-ps5-deals-for-black-friday-2024 So the answer to PSVR2 price cut is £340 standard, £350 with Horizon VR game It’s a £220 discount, so technically a good deal and I understand it’s a high quality headset. But it’s still not cheap enough for me. There might not be a low enough price for this. I just don’t think I will use it enough
one-armed dwarf
I've lost interest cause it just looks like abandoned hardware to me now. Even something as cool as RE4 remake in VR can't tempt me. I also just think the wire will limit gameplay too much anyway, cause I can't turn around. Have to use the janky right stick look instead (vomit) I'm just totally Facebook-pilled now

shinymcshine
That Very offer : 1 month free insurance, and credit at 44.9% APR. So can I take the insurance & the credit then say "44.9% APR, I've been robbed !!!!"
Maf
I saw that, but I don’t know anything about APR. Never had a credit card, never bought anything on credit. So don’t really know what it means

Nag
It's also what allows you to do normal things like get mortgages... Buying on credit is fine... just pay it off before you're charged.
one-armed dwarf
What is the APR actually referring to there? I find the site confusing but it seems to not be for the system itself.
retroed
Currys have the PS5 Pro in stock for next day delivery and available on buy now pay in 12 months, interest free. They don't have the disc drive, though. But no one does at the moment.

The use to do a deal where if you took a credit account with them then they'd take 20% off your first order, and you could then pay off it within 30 days interest free - no idea if they still offer that (hence you could perhaps get a PS5 Pro & DD for £640, so long as you could pay it off, if that offer is still extant?) one-armed dwarf
Still broken. Well, my wrapup was just FFVII Rebirth. So it's 170 hours of awesome RPGing (80 hour playthrough and 90 hour postgame) and that's it.
