From the footage I saw,it looked like a jump scare fodder game, fuel for the absolute barrage of tedious YouTube videos of some prat playing a horror game,and screaming annoyingly at the slightest thing. It's a pretty good game, and the atmosphere still chills in places, although I'm easily scared by games (not by movies, though, as it happens). These games are curiously 'gamey' though, aren't they. I mean the way you have to lumber away from hideous looking monsters like you haven't a care in the world. Speed up damn it.
