I get these everyday now, which is starting to annoy my gfriend. She just shouts down the phone at them now.Her mum gets them and she pretended to follow their actions and then suddenly said "Oh, the screens all gone black, and it wont switch back on". They hung up pretty quickly. Call themselves tech support!!
