I just looked and apparently the Legacy Collection is rated really poorly because they sort of fucked it somehow? Something to do with keys or something. Looks like they altered the way it works and now you have to pay and people think it's a huge scam.

Some people are saying the new expansion campaign really pays off all the story in Destiny 2, so I’m still thinking of getting it for that
