Manicm
So this will probably be the daft question of the week, but its been ages since i used to game on my PC but seeing as ive picked up my nice new shiny laptop im yet to see what it can handle. I had a look in HMV yesterday and all the games had intel 3ghz processor required etc... i asked in game what about duo core processors how does that compare and i got a dumb faced look eh?? I run a 2.2ghz AMD Turion x2 does anyone know how does that stack up in gaming spec terms?? i really don't want to pay out for a game to find that the damn thing won't work, i think the rest of my spec is ok 4gb memory, a dedicated ATI graphics card, Blue-ray player etc.. Is there any webisites to download PC demo's? i used to use PCF but seeing the price of the mag against the actual content they are having a laugh! Cyberpunk
A dual core 2.2 should give you plenty of power for gaming. It's at least equal to a single 3 ghz processor, as there are 2 of them. Look at steam, EA, and some of the usual big names for demo's
