one-armed dwarf
That PS5 makes the TV look too small.

Manicm
It’s a bit of a beast...but all setup, said my goodbyes to my PS4, original day one, could tell from the dust....but all this hides my cables, sort of.
Popular Post Whiskey_chaser
Finally upgraded my trusty old Panasonic TV to a fancy LG OLED in preparation for a PS5 (if they ever come back in stock). Also had a bit of a tidy up (it's not normally that messy, that's just after the kids being able to run rampant as I try and juggle homeschooling with work).
mfnick
Very nice. Welcome to the OLED life.
Jimboxy
@Whiskey_chaser Those Panasonic's are absolute work horses. We have the slightly newer version of that one, with the thinner bezzle and it shows no signs of stopping.

It's now being relegated to upstairs so the kids can use the the Wii U and PS4 (when I finally get a PS5). The LG CX is amazing. Seriously impressed with everything about it. I was unsure about spending so much on a TV but I don't regret it at all now it's up and running.

regemond
?? They're both perfectly straight individually - that's just the angle I took the pic. The guy that put them up didn't realise the holes were at slightly different heights on each TV, so they ended up slightly off from one another!

To be fair, after measuring, drilling, measuring, swearing, filling, re-drilling, measuring, swearing again, re-filling and then finally getting it right, I sympathise with anyone that has to get one TV level, let alone two side by side.
Manicm
My OH won’t let me put ours up on the chimney, it’s a solid chimney and has a higher shelf set into it which Tigger (hamster) lives on and that’s the reason it’s tiggers home...would massively open up our living room as the tv and stand takes up the entire corner.. Popular Post Cyberpunk
As I've been away for a while I thought I'd add to this post. Here's my setup. First off let me give you the specs of my budget gaming PC. It's an Intel Core i7-7700T four core eight thread CPU running at 3.8 GHz that can turbo up to 4 GHz. It's running on a Gigabyte Micro ATX board, coupled to 16 GB of DDR3 ram running in dual channel mode. It has a Seagate 500Gb SSD for its operating system, and two Western Digital 2Tb HDDs for installs and storage. The graphic card is an N-Vidia Geforce GTX 1060. Quite a tame system, but built to a budget, and it can run any triple A game at 1080p. It runs Windows 10 Pro. I don't go in for RGB and flashy stuff on a PC, so the case is the same one I've had for a few years. If it ain't broke, don't fix it! The monitor is brand new, as detailed in the Shout thread. Audio is via a set of Philips Bluetooth cans and a USB Bluetooth dongle. Internet is Virgin Media 200Mb-p-s via Ethernet. The keyboard and mouse are just cheap RGB kinds. I usually have a decent keyboard but broke my last one "Hulk smash" style during a marital dispute before Xmas, lol. You can also see in the pictures my cheap-as-fuck work laptop. RetroEd might recognise the lower keyboard, mouse, and second 4-3 monitor. My consoles are an OG Xbox One, with an added USB3 1Tb SSD. I quite often play the Xbox One on console link with my PC. Also I still have an Xbox 360 slim, primarily used as a DVD and Netflix player now, and my Linx Windows 10 gaming tablet, which now has a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse, as well as it's Xbox controller add-on. And finally my Amberic RG351P, which plays retro console games. Oh, and the white tablet in the pictures is a Samsung Galaxy Tab, which I just use for reading via the Kindle app. It was a freebie with a phone a few years ago.
