  2. Just finished the campaign, and it was bloody brilliant. Very well paced, and polished beyond belief. It's nice to play a decent linear story again, it does exactly what it says on the tin. It's one of the best looking games I've ever played too, and the sound effects pack a proper meaty punch. Multiplayer is good as well. I'm getting MW2 vibes.

  3. Game Pass Ultimate, so £11/month. Makes it even cheaper. £7 x 24 (£168) for the console. That's actually pretty tempting tbf.

  5. I went back and finished this. I skipped over a lot of the social stuff between the tutors and students in the second half since it was a bit all over the shop and some of it was clearly meant to take place before the time skip. Just under 45 hours total. Only ended up losing one character by the end, RIP in peace Alois. I enjoyed a lot of it but also feel like pretty much every aspect of the game could be improved upon and wouldn't be surprised if this got a revisit from Nintendo at some point to tidy it up. It was far too easy which they seem to have realised about three quarters of the way through when they just keep on saying, "surprise! Enemies behind you!" So you have to roll back a bit if your backline is too exposed. I would agree with 7 out of 10. A handful of the relationships with the different character carried the game and the plus side of the combat being very easy was that it was a very relaxing game to play.

  6. New house so thought I'd post a couple pictures of the current setup before both rooms are decorated at some point. Lounge I picked up this TV last weekend from a chap on another forum. Couple hours drive each way but was worth it. I paid £400 for this year-old Sony Bravia KD60XF8305 4K HDR10 TV which could pass as new. PS4 Pro 1TB with 2TB external HDD. Games room Temporary setup in here to get things up and running using an old unit from one of the kid's rooms to put the TV on. I'm using our Sony Bravia KD55XE8396 4K HDR10 TV in here. Xbox One X 1TB + 4TB external HDD, Switch and SNES Classic hooked up. Excuse the picture, bit dull and dark here today.
