Fighting monsters in Skellige in the middle of a big storm was really atmospheric

Got Marvel unlimited because I was fucking jonesing to read comics and hates pinching them off internet. Loving it so far been reading hours of comics, just finished secret wars 2015 yesterday and that was pretty decent. There is an estimated 25000 comics on it so should keep me going for a bit.

Ubisoft are giving away Assassin's Creed Unity (the one set in Paris) on pc in honour of Notre Dame. They're also donating €500K to the rebuilding, which is good of them, you get the game through Uplay

TBF, to build that yourself with a pi/pc, plus sticks, switches, artwork and the likes, you wouldn't get much change from £200, if any. So price wise, it is pretty well pitched I'd say.

To be fair, my Xbox is more or less what they are selling. A disc has never, and probably will never, enter the system while I own it. I’m sure the previous owner did use discs in it though. I only download games from Game Pass, Gold and ones I can download that I previously had on 360. It’s a fully digital only box and I’m happy with that. Without Game Pass, it would be a stupid idea, but they made the right decision to go down that path.

@DANGERMAN And I agree with that, I think. I have an X under my TV and I’m not even using Gamepass just because I don’t need another 100 or whatever games to play when I have a bunch of unopened ones sitting next to my TV. Like who has the time? And like I said I don’t believe even Xbox thinks this is a long term solution for anyone, it’s just the most direct way to get people to see what they got. The only part I disagree with is the “Not tempting enough” part. You can’t say that for everybody. I think if this new model generates enough talk, headlines and attention for people to hear “100 games for £200” there will people out there that sounds very good, too. Is it as simple as that long term? No. But. A lot of people won’t know that. My cleaner bought her son an Xbox 2 months before the X came out. I didn’t have the heart to tell her otherwise. This is not not going to change the console race right now, I don’t think anything can. But it gets the message out there now of how Xbox does business, and primes people for the future even if they don’t buy it right now

Very expensive!! I’ve seen the normal S in sales for less than £200 with a couple of games many times. Even down to £160 a few times. So get locked into paying more for games, never being able to trade in or sell games to make back some money and losing a 4K Blu Ray drive for about the same price and sometimes more as the “regular” console. Makes sense... Although it could be genius on MS’part, people who buy digital only seem to not care about being ripped off or paying more for less if it saves them up to a minute inconvenience changing a disc so why wouldn’t they pay more for a digital based console too? MS must know this so can charge more for it. Pretty smart really.

Aliens Vs Predator was awesome back in the day. But most of those titles can be played on other formats,at a far cheaper price.

*Raises Hand* Took me about 3 hours of trying, I was pretty exasperated with it earlier as all my skills from yesterday had seemingly dissipated. I stuck with it though and I bloody did it!!! No cheesing involved either. Absolutely beaming from ear to ear, was just so relieved as well, think I almost shed a tear. What a game. For me it far surpasses Bloodborne and is up there with my Miyazaki-From favourite Dark Souls 3, I actually may like it a little more than DS3.

RLM have been awful the last few years since it occurred to them movies are made by businesses and have an attitude towards them I last saw around music in 6th form. Best of the Worst is still good, though.
