Cool Video Game Shit

Recommended Posts

When we have video game stuff that isnt lolz or there isnt a thread for the particular game, put it in here.

I was watching this speed run of Super Mario 2 on the NES yesterday, it's worth 10 minutes of your life:

Some of the jumps and timings are so precise, I thought it was gosh darn impressive.

I stickied it, me, I did. I thought it would set off an avalanche of cool posts but it didn't. Such is life. Its staying sticked though, it's a show of power.

I appreciate the token effort guys, ill be watchin your shiz when I get home. *hugs*

Ive been fairly addicted to watching speed runs of classic video games lately, this is particularly good. Cosmo does a run of Ocarina of Time in 26.34 using some major glitches.

Love the nerd factor.

These Awesome Games Done Quick and Summer Games done Quick are worth checking out. I watched a dude called Toufool do Super Mario Sunshine in under two hours, it's a pretty good watch, the skill involved is of high quality.

And for the most broken game ever, check out Donkey Kong Country 64 done in 53 mins:

TPP. They got the masterball and were going to use it to catch Suicune since the Pokémon they have in party cannot learn waterfall, Suicune would be able to learn all the hm's and be a good monster to have in the line-up. They completely balls it up and used the masterball on a Goldeen.

I'm just finishing up watching all the episodes of this Smash Bros. documentary which I've really enjoyed. It's about the tournament scene.

That's the first episode of nine. Hopefully that link will go to the playlist where the rest are.
